About Strowa

Strowa is a young brand and it is run by one person. I would rather say that on the first line than build a page that hints at a floor full of us.

Why it exists

Most of the objects we handle every day are worse than they need to be. Not broken — just thoughtless. A brush that fights you, a switch on the wrong side, a gadget that demands attention when it should disappear into the room. Strowa exists to find the few that got it right and put them in front of people who notice the difference.

What gets in

There is no catalogue here. Each product is chosen on its own and has to earn the place:

• It solves a problem you actually have, not one invented by an advert.
• It is built well enough that you stop thinking about it after a week.
• It looks like it belongs in your home rather than in a box in the garage.
• And I can answer any question about it honestly, including the awkward ones.

If something cannot clear all four, it does not go on the site, however well it would sell.

What I do not do

I do not manufacture anything. Strowa selects what it sells, packages it and stands behind it — that is the whole job, and dressing it up as something else would be the first lie.

You will not find invented reviews on this site, countdown timers, or a crossed-out price that was never charged. When a product here has no reviews yet, it is because nobody has written one yet.

Reaching me

No ticket system, no chatbot, no outsourced inbox. Emails come to me and I answer them — usually the same day, always within one business day.
