By placing an order on this site you accept these terms. They are written to be read rather than skipped.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when you receive the confirmation email. Until then it can be cancelled and refunded in full.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout and include the taxes that apply to European Union destinations. Deliveries outside the EU may attract import duty on arrival, which is the customer's responsibility.

Prices and descriptions are checked, but mistakes happen. Where an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, or turns out to be unavailable, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full rather than quietly fulfilled at the wrong terms.

Delivery

Delivery times shown anywhere on this site are estimates and depend on the carrier. If a parcel is genuinely lost, it is replaced or refunded.

Returns

The returns policy has its own page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights.

What is on this site

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Strowa. Product photographs may come from the manufacturer and remain theirs.

Responsibility

Strowa is responsible for the products it sells and for its own mistakes. It is not responsible for losses nobody could reasonably have foreseen, such as lost profit or lost time. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
