When it leaves

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Anything ordered over the weekend goes out on Monday.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. The exact amount is shown to you before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

The delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout. It comes from the carrier and it is an estimate, not a promise.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. If the tracking stops moving for more than five days, email me: I will chase the carrier or send a replacement. That is not something you should have to do yourself.

A wrong address

The delivery address cannot be changed once a parcel has been dispatched, so please check it at checkout. If you spot the mistake before it ships, email me straight away and I will correct it.

Customs

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be charged import duty or tax on arrival. That charge is set by the destination country, not by Strowa, and it is the customer's responsibility.
